Our Treatment Focus
Our Practice provides counseling across the lifespan from 4 years old to extra wise in age. We have a diverse group of therapists to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. We want you to embrace who you really are when you walk in these doors, and our goal is to provide you a safe space to do just that. Using evidence-based practices unique to each client, it is our goal that you find healing from the pains of your past and full freedom to live an abundant life. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we offer EMDR, expressive therapies utilizing tools such as play, art, sandplay, Equine Assisted psychotherapy, and psychodrama.
