I am a trained, person-centered clinician who utilizes aspects of CBT, EFFT, DBT, and mindfulness in working with clients. I work to create an environment where clients feel accepted and free from judgment. I am honored to walk alongside others in their journey toward healing. My goal is to help you learn to make yourself a priority and create a healing narrative that connects you to the abundant life you deserve. My specialty areas include eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and women’s and relationship issues.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2001 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling in 2021. I also bring 17 years of experience working as a Special Education Educator in both elementary and high school settings. I am equipped to provide services to individuals, families, and groups. I have experience working with a diverse population of individuals of various ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and presenting issues. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, painting, and traveling.
