I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be seen and heard as they truly are. If your experiences, emotions, or relationships feel complicated, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words, I offer a supportive space where your story can unfold at your own pace. Together, we can explore how past experiences continue to shape the present, while building tools that support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
My counseling approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and expressive arts to help clients reconnect with their emotions, their bodies, and their sense of safety. I am especially passionate about working with individuals impacted by trauma, sexual abuse, attachment wounds, difficult family dynamics, and major life transitions. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University in 2025, and I am committed to lifelong learning, which continues to inform my dedication to providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking deeper insight into themselves, support with anxiety or emotional overwhelm, and healthier ways of relating to others. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate creative and expressive interventions, such as art, sand tray, music, and movement, to support emotional processing and regulation. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and respect.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my two favorite young athletes, and caring for my own well-being through movement, mindfulness, and intentional self-care. I believe that filling our own cups is essential to showing up with presence, balance, and compassion for ourselves and for others.
