You are here because you are taking the first steps toward seeking help and I admire your courage to reach out. We each have the innate potential to heal and grow and I am committed to being present with you in a beautiful journey free from judgment. I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and accepting environment where my clients can be genuine. Therapy is effective in gaining insight, resilience, and empowerment, allowing the opportunity to honor your authentic self. I am prepared to provide services to families, individuals, and groups. During my graduate work, I worked with various populations across socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University and my master’s degree in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas Permian Basin. In addition, I bring seven years of experience working in social services with children in foster care and family preservation before beginning my career in mental health.
I am married and have three beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and trying local cuisine!
